Girls flag football is growing, but there is still work to do to ensure our girls receive the same opportunities, resources, recognition, and support traditionally available through high school football programs.
On our team at Hopkins, we’re working to help close that gap by giving our girls opportunities to compete, build confidence, develop leadership skills, and grow together as a team.
Our athletes are challenged to PLAY WITH EDGE:
EDGE is more than how we play. It’s the mindset we want our girls to carry on the field, in school, and into whatever comes next.
Community support helps make that possible by providing access to officials, equipment, tournament opportunities, team activities, player development, and other resources that strengthen the girls’ experience.
$300 per team
We’re raising $600 to support two end-of-season experiences for our girls: a team activity and an end-of-season dinner. The girls will have a voice in choosing the team activity and how they celebrate together.
We need volunteers to help officiate our home game. If you have football, coaching, officiating, or general sports experience, we’d love your help.
